ORDER POLICIES

Payment & Booking

Your order is not confirmed or reserved until payment has been received. By submitting payment, you agree to the policies outlined below. Payment applies to the specific order details and date listed on your invoice.

Order Changes

Custom orders are planned and prepared well in advance of the pickup or delivery date. Once an order has been placed and payment has been submitted, all order details are final. Changes to quantity, theme, colors, wording, flavors, designs, pickup or delivery date, or other order details cannot be made after booking.

Cancellations, Postponements & Refunds

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable.

If your event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled after booking, your payment remains non-refundable. Orders are booked for a specific pickup or delivery date and cannot be transferred to a new date.

Pickup Orders

Orders must be picked up during the confirmed pickup date and time window. If you are unable to make your scheduled pickup, please contact Sweet Pea Cookie Co. as soon as possible. Alternate pickup times are not guaranteed.

Sweet Pea Cookie Co. is not responsible for orders that are not collected as scheduled or for any loss of freshness or quality resulting from a missed or delayed pickup.

Delivery Orders

Local delivery may be completed by a third-party courier. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and any necessary delivery instructions, including building or gate access.

While every effort is made to ensure a smooth delivery, Sweet Pea Cookie Co. cannot guarantee circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays or delivery errors. If an issue does occur, we will make every reasonable effort to help resolve it.

Custom Designs

Reference photos, invitations, event decor, and inspiration images may be provided as creative direction. Sweet Pea Cookie Co. does not copy or replicate another cookie artist’s work. Creative control is required so each custom set can be designed specifically for your event while incorporating your requested theme, colors, wording, and other important details.

Because each cookie is individually made and decorated by hand, slight variations in color, design, placement, and appearance are normal. Digital mock-ups and reference images are intended as visual guides and may vary from the finished cookies.

Artwork, Logos & Trademarks

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right or permission to use any logos, images, artwork, trademarks, or other materials provided for their order.

Sweet Pea Cookie Co. does not create trademarked character cookies unless the client owns the rights or has authorization to use the character.

Food Allergies & Dietary Requests

Customers are responsible for disclosing any dietary restrictions or allergy concerns before placing an order. Sweet Pea Cookie Co. is a home bakery and works with common allergens. While certain dietary accommodations may be available, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or eliminate the possibility of cross-contact.

Care After Pickup or Delivery

Once an order has been picked up or successfully delivered, responsibility for proper handling and storage transfers to the customer. Sweet Pea Cookie Co. is not responsible for damage or changes in quality caused by improper handlin
